When will my order be delivered?
After receiving your order, we process it within 1-2 business days. Delivery typically takes 3-5 days depending on your location, and may be affected by weather, holidays, or backorders.
What are your shipping costs?
Orders over $99 get free standard 3-5 day shipping within the US. Orders under $99 have a flat $9.99 shipping fee.
What destinations do you ship to?
We ship to all 50 US states, though some product-specific exceptions apply. While hemp products are federally legal under the 2018 Farm Bill, several states have their own laws restricting certain cannabinoids—meaning we can't ship those products there. Every product page includes a US map showing where we can and can't ship.
Where can I find my tracking number and package status?
After your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number to use on the carrier's website (UPS, USPS, or FedEx). You can also find tracking in your account dashboard. If tracking shows delivered but you haven't received it, contact the carrier or your local post office. Keep in mind that delivery and tracking updates may sometimes be delayed.
