How do gift cards work?

What do different Order Statuses mean?
Order statuses let you know exactly where your purchase stands. Here's the breakdown:
- Needs Manual Review: Your order got flagged for security and a team member is double-checking everything. Usually takes a few hours, rarely more than 1 business day. Sit tight!
- Ready to Ship: Order accepted! We're prepping your products and getting them ready to go.
- Pending Shipment: Everything's packed and waiting for carrier pickup.
- Partially Shipped: Some items are on their way. The rest may arrive separately.
- Completed: Your order is processed, shipped, and heading your way! Watch for tracking info.
- Needs Payment: We received your order but payment didn't go through. Usually related to a subscription issue. Check your card details.
- Canceled: Either you or our team canceled the order. No charges apply. Didn't cancel it yourself? Hit up customer support.

What is Deal of the Day and how does it work?
The Deal of the Day is FLWR's most aggressive daily discount — we often sell at a loss just to hook you up. Each day features one product at a limited-time flash price, typically running just 4 to 6 hours.
These deals can knock prices down by up to 85% off, with some items dropping to just $1. It's our way of showing love to the community with deals that seem too good to be true.
Because these discounts are so deep, there's a strict quantity limit per order to keep things fair.
The Deal of the Day pricing only kicks in when you add the maximum allowed quantity (or less) to your cart. Go over by even one item and the discount won't apply at all—not even to the first few. Keep it within the limit to lock in your savings.
Move fast—once it's gone or sold out, that's it. New products drop daily, so keep checking back!
How do I earn points?
Stacking up points is easier than you think! Here are the quickest ways to earn:
- Get 500 points just for setting up your account.
- Score 2,500 points when friends you refer drop $50+ on their first order, plus a bonus 2,500 points for every 5 successful referrals.
- Rack up 10 points for each $1 you spend with us.
- Grab 100 points per product review (up to 2 every 30 days).
What do I get for referring someone to FLWR?
When someone you refer creates an account and spends $50 or more, you'll receive 2,500 Factory points (that's a $25 value). Hit 5 successful referrals who meet that $50 threshold? You'll earn an additional 2,500 Factory points—totaling $150 in Factory points!
How can I purchase a gift card?
Buying a gift card is just like buying any other item! Visit our Gift Cards page and choose the balance amount you want. Plus, if you're in our Rewards Program, you can use your points to redeem gift cards.
How long do Deal of the Day flash sales last?
Most of our Deals of the Day run from anywhere between 4-6 hours every single day. On special occasions, some daily deals may last upwards of 12 hours.
My order status says "Needs Manual Review." What does this mean?
Your order has been flagged for a security check and one of our team members is reviewing it. Once we confirm everything's legit and you're over 21, we'll approve and ship your order.
Sometimes our team needs extra info to verify your account—they may give you a call. This typically only affects first-time customers, and once you're verified, you're good forever. We do this to protect everyone from fraud, scams, and theft. Age verification is also required by federal laws and regulations.
If our team confirms your order isn't fraudulent and you're of legal age, your order gets approved. If the order is flagged as fraudulent, you're underage, or we can't reach you after multiple attempts, the order will be canceled.
This usually wraps up within a few hours—rarely more than 1 business day. Just sit tight!
How do I redeem a gift card?
At checkout, just enter your gift card code in the gift card field. Not sure where your code is? Check the Your Orders tab in your account or look through your emails.
Is there a maximum limit quantity for Deals of the Day?
Yes. Because this deal is so extreme, it comes with a strict quantity limit per order to keep things fair and prevent stockpiling, usually 3 or less of the same product, though the number can depend based on the nature of the product.
That means the Deal of the Day only applies when you add the maximum quantity allowed (or fewer) to your cart. If you go over that limit — even by one — the discount won’t apply at all, not even to the first few items. So to lock in the deal, make sure your cart stays within the limit.
My order "Needs Payment." What does this mean?
This means we got your order, but payment hasn't cleared yet. Usually this happens with subscriptions when a payment fails. You'll likely need to update your card info before we can process and ship.
To update your Subscription payment method:
- Visit the Subscriptions tab in your Account.
- Hit "View" on the subscription you want to update.
- Tap the Edit icon beside "Payment Details"
- Choose an existing payment method or add a new card.
- For existing methods, select it and save. For new cards, enter your details and save.
How do I check my gift card balance?
Navigate to the Gift Cards tab in your account. You'll see all your active and inactive cards along with remaining balances.
Or swing by our Gift Cards Balance page—enter your unique code and the email used when purchasing, and your balance will pop right up.
What kind of products are included in your Deal of the Day sales?
Any product on our store, save for gift cards, is game! If there's a product you've been loving (or dying to try), keep your eyes peeled for our Deal of the Day; you just might get lucky!
Do gift cards expire?
Gift cards you purchase never expire. However, promotional or free gift cards you've claimed expire 30 days after you get them.
How can I cancel my subscription?
Go to your account page and select "Subscriptions" from the left menu. Find the subscription you want to end and click "cancel." Your subscription and payments stop immediately, but you can always resubscribe or sign up for other products later.
What is FLWR policy on returns and refunds?
Returns: Most unopened products can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, with a receipt or proof of purchase. We can't accept refunds or exchanges for opened or used items, or returns requested more than 30 days after delivery.
Refunds: After receiving and inspecting your return, we'll email you to confirm receipt and let you know if your refund is approved or denied. Approved refunds are processed and credited to your original payment method within 3-7 business days. Note: we don't offer refunds on vaping products.
