Gift Card Balance

Think of a gift card as store credit you can use instead of a credit or debit card. Purchase one, and the balance sits in your account ready for you or whoever you're gifting it to.

Want to check your balance, expiration date, or grab your gift card code? Head to the Gift Cards tab in your account.

Buying a gift card is just like buying any other item! Visit our Gift Cards page and choose the balance amount you want. Plus, if you're in our Rewards Program, you can use your points to redeem gift cards.

At checkout, just enter your gift card code in the gift card field. Not sure where your code is? Check the Your Orders tab in your account or look through your emails.

Navigate to the Gift Cards tab in your account. You'll see all your active and inactive cards along with remaining balances. 

Or swing by our Gift Cards Balance page—enter your unique code and the email used when purchasing, and your balance will pop right up.

Gift cards you purchase never expire. However, promotional or free gift cards you've claimed expire 30 days after you get them.

Bought it yourself? Check the Gift Cards tab in your account—you'll find all your cards there with balances and codes. Your email confirmation has this info too.

Got one from someone else? Ask them to follow the steps above and share the unique code with you. Then just enter it at checkout. 

Gift cards cannot be refunded—all sales are final.

Absolutely! If your order total exceeds your gift card balance, we'll charge the difference to your credit card.

Pop into the Gift Cards tab in your account. You'll see two sections: active and inactive gift cards.

Active cards display the original amount, current balance, and expiration date if applicable.

Inactive cards are either expired or have a zero balance. Think a card was marked inactive by mistake? Reach out to our customer support team.
