Because we sell cannabis, mobile app stores won’t allow us to develop our own app. With virtual apps, also known as progressive web apps, however, we’ve found a way to give you all the benefits of a mobile app without breaking any rules!

So in short, we don’t have an app you can find in an App Store, but when you download our virtual app from our website on your phone, you can still get notified about your order, account, and even secret promotions!

The FLWR app is great for many reasons, but here are just a few reasons to get our app:

1. Instantly and easily get notifications on your order, including shipping updates, delivery statuses, and more.
2. Get notified about changes or updates about your account.
3. Enjoy in-app exclusive deals, offers, and promotions.
4. Earn a one-time bonus of 500 reward points when you install the app and enable notifications. This bonus is awarded once per customer. Reinstalling the app or installing it on another device does not earn additional points.

To install the app on an Android, follow these simple steps:

1. Tap the "three dot" icon in the upper right of this browser & select ”Add to Home Screen” or “Install App”, depending on your Android device or browser.
2. You should now see a new FLWR application icon on your phone’s Home Screen.
3. Open the FLWR app by tapping the new app icon.
4. Once the app is open, you will be prompted to allow push notifications. Enable push notifications.
5. That’s it! You’ll now receive push notifications. You’ll also earn 500 reward points if you haven’t already received the app-install bonus. This bonus is awarded once per customer, not per installation or device.

To install the app on an iPhone, follow these simple steps:

1. Tap the “Share” icon on this browser & select the “Add to Home Screen” option in the share popup.
2. You should now see a new FLWR application icon on your phone’s Home Screen.
3. Open the FLWR app by tapping the new app icon.
4. Once the app is open, you will be prompted to allow push notifications. Enable push notifications.
5. That’s it! You’ll now receive push notifications. You’ll also earn 500 reward points if you haven’t already received the app-install bonus. This bonus is awarded once per customer, not per installation or device.

If you enabled the app but are not getting push notifications, please go to your Account, whether on the app or on your browser, and click on Notifications. Once there, ensure you have enabled push notifications for order & shipment updates and/or special in-app offers.

If your push notifications are enabled from your account but they are still not working:

On Android:

1. Open your device's Settings
2. Go to "Notifications & Status Bar" and then "App Notifications"
3. Toggle “Allow Notifications” on FLWR.

On iPhone:

1. Open your device’s Settings.
2. Open FLWR in the Settings.
3. Tap “Notifications”
4. Toggle “Allow Notifications” on.
