Most common questions

My order "Needs Payment." What does this mean?

This means we got your order, but payment hasn't cleared yet. Usually this happens with subscriptions when a payment fails. You'll likely need to update your card info before we can process and ship.

To update your Subscription payment method: 

  1. Visit the Subscriptions tab in your Account.
  2. Hit "View" on the subscription you want to update. 
  3. Tap the Edit icon beside "Payment Details"
  4. Choose an existing payment method or add a new card.
  5. For existing methods, select it and save. For new cards, enter your details and save.

How can I cancel my subscription?

Go to your account page and select "Subscriptions" from the left menu. Find the subscription you want to end and click "cancel." Your subscription and payments stop immediately, but you can always resubscribe or sign up for other products later.

If I add non-subscription items to my subscription order, will there be a shipping charge?

Yes, orders under $100 that include non-subscription items will have shipping fees applied.

Can I change my subscription billing date?

Billing dates can't be changed, but you can skip a month's charge and wait for your next scheduled order.

How much time do I have to cancel a subscription before being charged?

Cancel up to 24 hours before your billing date, or skip that month and wait for the next scheduled subscription.

Do subscription orders come with free shipping?

Yes! Every subscription order ships free.

What is your subscription policy agreement?

Starting a monthly subscription requires registering as a member on our website. You agree to receive promotional emails, including third-party offers, and our monthly newsletter—you can opt out anytime. As a subscriber, we'll ship your subscribed item monthly and charge the subscription fee. We accept credit cards through a third-party payment service. Cancel through your account page, but if you don't cancel at least 24 hours before your next order date, it automatically renews.
