What do different Order Statuses mean?

Order statuses let you know exactly where your purchase stands. Here's the breakdown:

  • Needs Manual Review: Your order got flagged for security and a team member is double-checking everything. Usually takes a few hours, rarely more than 1 business day. Sit tight! 
  • Ready to Ship: Order accepted! We're prepping your products and getting them ready to go.
  • Pending Shipment: Everything's packed and waiting for carrier pickup.
  • Partially Shipped: Some items are on their way. The rest may arrive separately.
  • Completed: Your order is processed, shipped, and heading your way! Watch for tracking info. 
  • Needs Payment: We received your order but payment didn't go through. Usually related to a subscription issue. Check your card details. 
  • Canceled: Either you or our team canceled the order. No charges apply. Didn't cancel it yourself? Hit up customer support.

My order status says "Needs Manual Review." What does this mean?

Your order has been flagged for a security check and one of our team members is reviewing it. Once we confirm everything's legit and you're over 21, we'll approve and ship your order.

Sometimes our team needs extra info to verify your account—they may give you a call. This typically only affects first-time customers, and once you're verified, you're good forever. We do this to protect everyone from fraud, scams, and theft. Age verification is also required by federal laws and regulations. 

If our team confirms your order isn't fraudulent and you're of legal age, your order gets approved. If the order is flagged as fraudulent, you're underage, or we can't reach you after multiple attempts, the order will be canceled. 

This usually wraps up within a few hours—rarely more than 1 business day. Just sit tight!

My order "Needs Payment." What does this mean?

This means we got your order, but payment hasn't cleared yet. Usually this happens with subscriptions when a payment fails. You'll likely need to update your card info before we can process and ship.

To update your Subscription payment method: 

  1. Visit the Subscriptions tab in your Account.
  2. Hit "View" on the subscription you want to update. 
  3. Tap the Edit icon beside "Payment Details"
  4. Choose an existing payment method or add a new card.
  5. For existing methods, select it and save. For new cards, enter your details and save.

How can I cancel my order?

Need to cancel? Call us at (754) 799-3939 ASAP. We can't accept cancellations once orders have shipped. Missed the window? Log into your account to initiate a refund request. Our policy generally allows returns on most unopened products within 30 days of delivery. See our refund policy for full details.

If my card is charged, will my order be processed on the same day?

Yes! Once your card is charged, we process your order that same day. You'll also have the option to set up a monthly subscription, which determines your charge and shipment frequency.

Why do you need to verify my age?

State and federal laws, plus FLWR's best practices, require age verification for certain purchases and website access. You must be 21 or older to buy from our site.

How do I handle a damaged purchase?

We've got a new online returns and exchange system! On our returns page, enter your order number and the email used for the purchase. The system walks you through selecting items to return or exchange, then generates a return shipping label for you to print. Once we receive and inspect your return, customer service processes your reimbursement. We always ship via UPS.

What should I do if my payment is charged but my order is not processed?

If you got an error during checkout and didn't receive a confirmation email, there may have been a billing address issue. We recommend verifying your billing info with your bank. These funds aren't with us—declined funds are typically held by your bank for 2-3 business days before being released back to you.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover on our website.

What does it mean if my order status is "pending"?

A "pending" status means we've received your order and it's being prepared for shipping. Orders typically ship within 24-48 hours of purchase. Once shipped, your status updates and tracking info is provided. We'll also email your tracking details. Expect delivery within 2 business days via UPS (standard business class shipping terms apply).
