What is FLWR policy on returns and refunds?

Returns: Most unopened products can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, with a receipt or proof of purchase. We can't accept refunds or exchanges for opened or used items, or returns requested more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds: After receiving and inspecting your return, we'll email you to confirm receipt and let you know if your refund is approved or denied. Approved refunds are processed and credited to your original payment method within 3-7 business days. Note: we don't offer refunds on vaping products.

How do I request a return label?

Log into your account and go to MY ORDERS. Click See Details on the order you want to return, then hit the Return or Replace Items box below the order number. Complete the return form with your reason, preferred resolution (replacement, refund, or extra item), and any notes. Upload photos showing your proof of purchase and the item.
