Where can I find my tracking number and package status?
After your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number to use on the carrier's website (UPS, USPS, or FedEx). You can also find tracking in your account dashboard. If tracking shows delivered but you haven't received it, contact the carrier or your local post office. Keep in mind that delivery and tracking updates may sometimes be delayed.

What are your shipping costs?
Standard shipping (3–5 days) is free within the United States for orders over $99 (excluding Hawaii and Alaska). Orders under $99 incur a $9.99 shipping fee.
What destinations do you ship to?
We ship to all 50 US states, though some product-specific exceptions apply. While hemp products are federally legal under the 2018 Farm Bill, several states have their own laws restricting certain cannabinoids—meaning we can't ship those products there. Every product page includes a US map showing where we can and can't ship.
When will my order be delivered?
After we receive your order, we will process it within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday; no weekend processing or shipping). During high volume periods, processing may take up to 72 business hours. Delivery times usually vary between 3-5 business days depending on your location and may be affected by inclement weather, holidays, or backorders.
